Yael Spektor is a food scientist (B.S. and M.S. in Food Science from The University of Florida) with over a decade of experience in the food industry, with an emphasis in Product Development of beverages, baked goods and extruded snacks. She has worked in the world’s leading beverage company and has acquired technical expertise across multiple beverage processes and categories. With solid experience doing bench top, pilot and full scale commercialization, Yael has successfully launched over 40 products in several markets including North America, Europe, and Africa.
She’s got vast experience leading projects beginning to end while delivering on time, and managing cross-functional teams including marketing, procurement, operations, quality, regulatory, consumer insights and legal. Yael is an out of the box creative scientist that can help you bring to life new to market innovations or improve the bottom line of your business with cost optimization strategies. She’s a fluent English speaker and native Spanish speaker.
